 1. Outbreak Investigation and Laboratory diagnosis of Animal disease  like Foot-and-Mouth Disease in in cloven footed animal , Classical Swine Fever in Pigs and Blue Tongue in Sheep.

 2. Implementing and executing control programs for diseases like Foot-and-Mouth Disease and other transboundary animal diseases affecting livestock.

 3. Providing training to veterinary professionals in the field of animal health for the diagnosis and control of diseases like Foot-and-Mouth Disease and other transboundary animal diseases.

4. Perform FMD, CSF and Blue Tongue Surveillance program for early detection of disease.
