1.  1. Outbreak Investiogation and Laboratory diagnosis of Animal disease  like Foot-and-Mouth Disease in in cloven footed animal , Classical Swine Fever in Pigs and Blue Tongue in Sheep.

2.  2. Implementing and executing control programs for diseases like Foot-and-Mouth Disease and other transboundary animal diseases affecting livestock.

3.  3. Providing training to veterinary professionals in the field of animal health for the diagnosis and control of diseases like Foot-and-Mouth Disease and other transboundary animal diseases.

4. 4. Perform FMD, CSF and Blue Tongue Surveillance program for early detection of disease.
